Burnt Fig Negroni
Ingredients:
- 30 mL Saintlier Burnt Fig Gin
- 30 mL Campari
- 30 mL Sweet Vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters (optional, for depth)
- Orange peel or rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir gently until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a orange peel (char with a torch or lighter) or a torched rosemary sprig for extra aroma.
